Please note that I can’t take any responsibility for the results of your actions and any harm or damage you suffer as a result of the use, or non-use of the information available on the Rekindling Joy Coaching website or in the Rekindling Joy Coaching material. I am not a medical professional. I am not providing healthcare, medical, or nutritional therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issues. Expertise
As a Christian Betrayal Trauma Coach, my coaching will be from a biblical, Christ-centered viewpoint. While I am happy to treat non-Christian clients, by booking a session, the client is acknowledging that they will receive Christian-based coaching and that this method is acceptable and agreeable to them. My only expertise is with heterosexual women over 18. Coaching male clients, any clients under 18, or clients with other sexual preferences are beyond my scope of expertise and therefore, I must respectfully advise them to seek other treatment or coaching options because I lack the expertise to treat them.
Guarantee or Past Performance
Methods related to mental health and wellbeing may bring different results for different people. Rekindling Joy Coaching, LLC makes no guarantee of any particular result from courses, products, or coaching sessions with Rekindling Joy Coaching, LLC. The previous performance or results of methods shared does not guarantee any future results for clients. Please note that I don’t make any guarantees about the results of the information applied on the Rekindling Joy Coaching website or in the Rekindling Joy Coaching material. I share educational and informational resources that are intended to help you succeed in healing from betrayal trauma and/or narcissistic abuse. You nevertheless need to know that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond my knowledge and control.
Indemnification
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Rekindling Joy Coaching, LLC shall not be held responsible for any actions or lack thereof on the part of the Client, resulting in pain, trauma, legal disputes, or any other damages. The Client hereby indemnifies and holds Rekindling Joy Coaching, LLC harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees) arising from or related to participation in services, courses, or documents provided by Rekindling Joy Coaching, LLC.
Release of Liability
By accepting these terms, the Client hereby releases Rekindling Joy Coaching, LLC from any and all liability for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from or related to the Client's participation in coaching sessions, or any other service or product provided by Rekindling Joy Coaching, LLC.
